Hydrodemolition

Hydrodemolition is a fast and effective way of demolishing concrete using the power of very high pressure water. This technology dispenses with the need for demolition hammers and does not cause a great deal of nuisance dust during demolition works. It is also less labour-intensive than the traditional approaches and prevents the actual construction from getting damaged. What is more, this method of demolishing concrete is a lot safer.

Hydrodemolition has various applications:

Breaking up balconies
Removing horizontal, vertical and above-ground concrete
Surface preparation on reinforced and non-reinforced constructions
Removing existing coatings from concrete

The hydrodemolition process is not only incredibly effective, but also much more environmentally friendly. Whereas heavier equipment produces a lot of dust when demolishing concrete, hydrodemolition produces no dust. This reduces air pollution to negligible levels. The waste water can be easily collected and filtered.
