Catalyst handling

In catalyst treatment we are able to vacuum, sieve and separate catalysts in various sizes. The entire installation is under vacuum, which means that no harmful dust emissions are generated. The emptying of the reactors is possible under independent breathing air so that our operators are not exposed to harmful names and substances, unless nitrogen is present.

Specific situations where this service may be required include:

Loading and unloading reactors in toxic atmospheric conditions
Katalysatorbehandeling: mengen en zeven
Transport, storage, occlusion and treatment of catalysts
Planning and management of critical pathways during shut-downs or commissioning operations.

On customer demand we can unload in bigbags, drums, VAC citerns, ...
